Avoid dealing with this developer.

My recommendation is not to buy this product as you will get no after sales service at all.

And still no response from Kybtec despite daily email reminders that I am unable to use the product.
I'm feeling ripped off.

Nice product but service is non-existant!
I can no longer use the product I bought just a couple of months ago due to having had to upgrade by PC from Windows XP to Windows 7.
Sent any number of emails but got nothing back, except automated responses.
